Short Courses for Brass & Woodwind Instruments

I am now offering short one-day (or longer if requested) courses aimed at player/owners or teachers at my workshop in Leafield Nr Witney.

For players this should enable them to assess a problem and then to ascertain whether or not is is possible to make a 'field' repair - great for those 'just before a concert' nightmares.  Also it will enable them to maintain their own instruments to elongate the period between major services thus potentially saving money.

For teachers it should allow you to effect emergency repairs during lessons in order to maximise teaching periods. The option is there for you to seek some re-imbursment from the student/parent.

The number of students on a course will be no more than two and will be of the same family of instruments ie brass or woodwind and preferably the same instrument so that I can give you full attention for the day. You will be required to bring an instrument or two of your own to work on and come in appropriate clothing. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.

You will have the opportunity to purchase materials and tools at the end of the day if you wish and a list of suppliers will be provided.
